Ibthorpe to Inkpen Beacon

Serious out-and-back walk. GPX route says 14.7 miles, but itwas 15.1. And I'd expected that there would be around 1500ft of ascent--and the SatMap says 1466. And I was expecting not to be able to stand for about a week afterwards--and this morning I'm fine.

We were hoping to park at the British Legion, Hurstbourne Tarrant, but I wrote to them, and they never had the politeness to even reply, so we parked here, and it was just fine.

Park on the red circle below (but better where we did), and either load the GPX file into your GPS, or follow the TW signs.
