The Test Way

The Test Way is a 44 mile Long Distance footpath that starts at Test Way SignEling Tide Mill in Hampshire, and goes north to Inkpen Beacon in Berkshire.

These are a series of walks that cover the whole of the Test Way. Some are one way (you need two cars, or a taxi, or somesuch), others are circluar routes that include some of the Test Way, and other footpaths to get back to the start.

We started doing Totton to Nursling Church, as part of a program to get fitter. Each walk gets progressively longer than the previous walk (except for the three following Nursling Church, which we did mid-week, between longer walks).

For a schedule of the walks, including the type of walk (straight, circular, out-and-back), and the lengths of the walks, and whether I have created the walk page yet, look at the Schedule of Walks.

STOP PRESS! As a finale to our Test Way walks we are registered to do the Half Marathon on the Walk the Test Way sponsored charity walk on October 11th. Please sponsor us!
