Both rooms have own washbasin.  Shared bathroom.

Free wireless broadband internet access.

Plenty of parking.  TV & Video in each room.

Easy access to M3 / M27, station, airport, etc.  Sports centre a few minutes away.
We have a cat (Alice) and a dog (George), and three chickens, Hylda, Hyacinth and Blossom, so you need to be happy with animals about. (The chickens stay in their run!)


This is a non-smoking house.

Contact us for details of rent.  We ask for one-month’s rent as deposit, and the rent is payable monthly in advance.  The rent covers utilities but not phone.
